This was my breakfast this morning. I mixed the ingredients on a whim and it came out so tasty! Even my 2.5 yr old like it.
So yummy and packed full of vitamins and nutrients for this pregnant mamma :) I am definitely making it again soon.
Below is a list of what I used in case you want to try it too!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Blueberries
- 1/4 c. Strawberries
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. ice cubes
- 1 tbsp. whole flaxseed
- 2 tbsp. honey
Mix everything in a blender until well blended and smooth. Enjoy!
